Three steps and it began with a recruiter. I applied online, then a recruiter called and scheduled an interview time. Very organized. First step was with the Recruiter on the phone, then the next step was 2 managers on a conference call and a week later a 3rd interview where I had to conduct a presentation in front of a panel of managers.
