A recruiter reached out to me a week after my application was submitted. He asked basic questions about my wokr history and decided to push me onto the next. I met with both the recruiter and administrative assistant a few days later. They inquired about my administraive skills and proceeded to ask my proficiently level with Microsoft. After the initial interview I met with the Director and Human Resources. The Director asked questins on capabilities of team work, catering orders and why I am qualified for the position. No behaviorial questions asked. The process was easy and they reached out to me 3 weeks later with an offer.
