Interview
I have onsite interviews for the whole day. Many questions are like brain teasers, but interviews will combine the question with their practical business. You need to be patient and give a logical solution for their questions. You can ask for a short break after every interview.
The first thing you need to do is to review the job description again and again, and then you have a basic understanding of what they are doing. Actually, there is no specific skill checking in the interview,.

Interview
I applied online, one week later I received an email from the recruiter asking me eight questions that would typically be asked in an HR phone screen. They contacted me for an interview with the hiring manager, offering a time two days later. After this interview (second round), there would be a third round that included three additional interviews (a total of four interviews with seven individuals & HR), followed by some kind of case study, then a final decision would be made. For a pretty junior level position, this seemed to be a very drawn out process, but I did not make it past the second round.
