Very archaic recruiting process....they claim to be a leader in technology and then you get a paper and pen test followed by a whiteboard coding interview. Nothing about this company screams innovation, I'm a software developer, not an artist....it felt like a handwriting test more than computer science.

Interview
I got a random call and had a "screening". All I was told was to "answer these questions via email ASAP". After, I was scheduled three rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager, one panel interview with 4 stakeholders that took up half my day, and the final with the senior director. All those interviews were scheduled without asking my avails and just sent an email letting me know when they were scheduled. I did well on all rounds. Got an email from the recruiter letting me know they were finishing up interviews, and I would get a decision a week later. I ended up getting completely ghosted. I followed up twice with the recruiter, and never heard anything. I'm just frustrated I spent so much time interviewing and couldn't even get a respectable rejection.

Good interview experience with some very engaged individuals. There were two interviewers in total and they took turns asking sbi based questions. Overall I enjoyed the process and would recommend them.
