Took four total interviews, included two over the phone and two in person. One interview needed to make cold calls on the spot for about thirty minutes. Testing how I handle the pressure of rejection on the phone. Otherwise, the interviewing process was handled very well. I do have to say at least in my region, I have the best management team I've ever experienced.

The interview went smooth and was straightforward. While getting more information about the role I could see it was not the right fit for me. Although the recruiter was informative and friendly
two interviews, one with a formal get to know you and one with a sales process. sales process revolved around a fake door knock with the objection of payroll. answered with a follow up meeting at a better time
It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
