I was initially contacted by a third party recruiter for a contractor job at T-Mobile, but was told I might be a better fit for a more senior role at the company because of my experience. So I applied on T-Mobile’s website for this position and a recruiter called me for a phone screening call. I scheduled it for a few days later and I think it went well. Then I scheduled a call with the hiring manager a few days later. That lasted about 30 minutes and he told me he had a few more interviews to conduct, so it would be a few weeks before I heard back. Well, it’s past a few weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I sent a follow up email to the recruiter a few days ago. She still has not responded.
