It was very unpleasant. The hiring manager was late a few minutes, and being very impatient. There was noise all the time during the phone interview. He muted the noise eventually but it is weird when you can not hear a single feedback/sound when you talk, which makes candidates more nervous. He kept challenging me with the skills that were not on my resume ( I mean, what's the point?)
