Interview
First, you interview with the recruiter, after applying and taking the assessment. Then you are scheduled for a face to face. FOLLOW UP with your recruiter, I wouldn't hear from my recruiter and had 2 face to face. They are not good with Follow up for a sales position. I had to call and email each time. Left message with managers as well I interviewed with and NO response. This is a sales position, Follow up is VERY important even if you aren't the chosen candidate.
