Conducted online using HireView. Straightforward and simple process. You get 5 mins for preparation for each of 4 behavioral interview questions (2 essay prompts have unlimited time) and plenty of chances for re-recording. Overall it's less stressful than I expected and the re-recording opportunities make up for the lack of human interactions.
