1. Phone interview with HR
- A 30-min interview. Asked about my background and current salary. Resume walk-through.
2. On-site interview with hiring managers and team members
- In 1.5 hours I spoke with 4 different people. Each session with 2 interviewers.

Interview
Initially had a phone interview with the director of the department , then met with 2 managers; took a written test to understand concepts and to make accounting calculations in order to prove accounting skills, presentation and personality. Met with staff members to ask questions about the culture and get a feel for "fit".
