I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bothell, WA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was referred by an employee. After talking to the recruiter, an interview administrator scheduled face 2 face with a panel of 2 interviewers. One of them asked technical questions and a system design question with whiteboard coding and the other one was more about behavioral/culture-fit questions. However, 3 days before the interview the job link was expired. After the interview, I tried following up first with the interview administrator. After couple of follow-ups she redirected me to the recruiter who never responded for further follow ups. How hard is it to say no or say something. Such a waste of time! Didn’t expect such an unprofessional behavior from a recruiter of a billion dollar company.
