This interview process was very straight forward. The process felt conversational rather than just getting grilled with questions. If you go into it prepared on the position and the company's values and culture, you will do great.

When was a time you experienced adversity with a colleague and how did you handle it?
Interviewers were very personable and wanted to get to know who you are as a person. Culture is a very big thing for them and they want to make sure they hire the right people.
The process was easy. It was a two stage interview. The first one is a hlaf hour and the second is an hour. They were both on zoom. The first one is with one person and then the second one you are with one perosn and then it goes to two people.
The interview was easy! Just a few behavioral and lightly talking through technical questions. The decision took 4 months after the interview which for a Superday hiring event is absurd.
