I applied online through their website, received an email from on campus career services about a month later, called the number given and requested a time slot on the day they were interviewing. I showed up with 16 other candidates to an information session where they gave the run down about the position, pay, requirements, schedule, hours, and etcetera. When it came time to interview, I checked in then went in and waited to be called. The interview was very relaxed, and didn't seem too stressful. Just be prepared with specific answers to behavior questions and why you want to work with T. Rowe and you should be good!
They called six days later with an offer and training would start three weeks from that day for a whole weekend.
