Found job on Craigslist, e-mailed that I was interested. I received an invitation to be interviewed a few days later. Interview was in a hotel conference room. Interviewer asked questions regarding technical skills, inter-personal skills, and personality type. Received a call back the next day, was asked to start working the following week. Started getting paid the first day of orientation. Overall, hiring process was less than two weeks.
