The initial interview with the corporate HR representative went very well. This interviewer was highly in my court for the position. He recognized some issues at the local plant that he believed I could be of assistance with. Once the process was handed off to the local operation I believe that I was perceived as a threat to some of the local management. Subsequently I was not called back for a third round of interviews.
