The Interview process was fairly simple, I spent less than 30 minutes chatting with my then future boss about the job. After she asked me a few questions, she gave me the chance to ask questions. Then I was offered the job, I accepted, and we proceeded with the on-boarding process. (I will state that my job started out as a Temporary position, so that may be the reason for short interview).
