The online application asks questions that are not directly applicable to the job posting. What pronoun do I identify with? My sexual orientation? Did I agree with my birth gender? These questions should never be on an employment application, as they are unrelated to job skills. Regardless if Targan is a publicly or privately held company - these are discriminatory questions and should stop.
