initially a written test conducted by meritrac,consisting of english,aptitude and electronics.got shortlisted for interview.it was followed by a tech interview.questions on internal diagram of op amp,working of amplifier,filters,breakdown mechanisms in diodes,microcontroller architecture,flip flop timing analysis.hr interview was very easy,tell about yourself,why tata elxsi.etc.
