A Business Formal in-person interview, with the Unit Leader and Manager of Commercial Credit. It was approximately 45 minutes long. In the process they took my resume and asked questions about my past experience, education and goals moving forward. The next step was Question and Answers. Received an email 2 weeks later about an opening, applied but didn't hear anything for another 3 weeks.
