Interview
It's an intense, sales focused interview, different scenarios were described and I reacted to them, I demonstrated a sales conversation. We discussed my career history. I was expected to ask them questions as well.
The interviewer asked questions about my production, my volume and if I was licensed in the state of Florida. We talked about CRA business and what that would look like
I applied online. I interviewed at TD (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was warm and friendly. Great questions were asked to get a feel for my work style and all questions I asked for answered honestly. There was a manager and another of his employees there and it felt less like an interview and more like a casual conversation, which was great because I was so nervous.
