The process consisted of; an online application on the company website; a series of personality based questions; a phone interview with a member of HR; an in person interview with multiple members of management
The interviews consisted of basic questions about one's previous history, future goals, reasons for applying etc..
In all the process lasted about 2-3 weeks.
kind, thoughtful and constantly asks if there are any accommodations necessary for you, additionally they all seem very happy to work and be apart TD which was reasuring. Also the questions they asked were very fair and to be excepted for a job like this
