they sent a personality test via email. after i finished the test, i receiced a phone interview which is about 20 mins. and the same day branch manager gives me a call to arrange an interview the next day.

Pretty basic, simple process. Had a phone screening interview, and then was invited to a hiring event where I wasn’t interviewed by 2 managers: one customer service, and one branch manager! They were friendly and kind, and it was an easy and comforting atmosphere.

Apply online and get a phone interview. After the phone interview. I got a group interview and one to one interview. The group interview include a group presentation. After five days I got the call announced me that I did not get an offer.

Phone interview with a recruiter, next an in person interview at the branch the recruiter sends your resume to. Lastly, meet with the branch manager, it is ultimately his decision if you're hired.
