Two rounds. One with the hiring manager and then MD of the group. Walked through team structure and job specific duties and then went through resume, interest and knowledge related to ETF.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD
Interview
my interview process was as follows: I had one initial screening phone interview with a Human Ressources manager, then another phone interview with the recruiting manager, that was all .
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at TD (New York, NY) in Apr 2023
Interview
Murky. Wasn't a clear progression. Unclear when process would reach completion - despite my asking for clarity. I had 4 rounds between virtual and physical meetings and it was hinted that more rounds were to follow before they just stopped to process. No one hired for the role yet as far as I know. HR not aligned with business interviewers. People were pleasant and professional but questions were repeated over many different interviews. Felt like my resume was often not reviewed nor were later interviewers given any background via prior meetings. Nothing was intrusive nor too technical. Just a bit uninspiring.
