I interviewed with a senior manager during the first session. I was then called back a couple of weeks later to speak with two team managers separately each for about 20 minutes. About a month later I was called back to speak with the senior manager and then a BA practice manager. About a week or two later I was contacted by my future manager by phone to iron out the offer basics before that info was submitted to HR who subsequently mailed me a letter and package.
