Interview
The process was pretty straight-forward and it felt like I already had one foot in the door. NY is EXTREMELY small and they are swamped, but this is a good hearted-group that works its tail off. I
First proceeded with phone interview gor basic conversation.
Then met the line manager and asked about behavioral questions like how to handle stress, tatics to deal with large amount of emails.
Asked a lot of technical and behavioral questions which was hard to respond to. The interview was difficult overall might have favored internal candidates therefore did not get the offer.
1 on 1. Had to meet other managers within the team and speak with the hiring manager. I think they were looking for chemistry. Two in person and 1 on the phone
