I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a 2 interview process, one-on-one each time. Both interviewers were fair although one was more easy going than the other. Asked a lot of personality and behavioural based questions as well as about my future goals. There were also technical questions asked. Overall, the process took about 4 weeks from beginning to end. It was a stressful but positive experience.
It was smooth. It has good quality. The interviewer is really nice. There is not much technical question, mostly behavioral question. They did ask a lot of scenario based question.
The interview process includes Case Study Questions, behavior questions, and some technical questions. It wasn't easy and had many parts to each question. I would recommend taking a couple hours studying.
They first started with a Phone interview which was 15 minutes. Asked basic questions like why did you apply for this role, and asked for the best customer service time, then got invited for in person interview 1.5 hours. Said it was one round only.
