Interview
Received a phone call from recruiter who saw my resume on workopolis, had a phone interview with them to help prepare for the interview.
I had to do a personality test prior to the prep for the interview.
One phone interview with HR personnel from TD.
Then had a one on one Interview with one HR person and one senior manager. They asked a lot of situational behavioural questions. They also had me take a skills test.
After being hired, you have to pass your RIBO, it's a two week prep course, pay is given during those two weeks, passing with 75% is required, if you fail you may get another attempt. It is a requirement of this job to get the licence.

What are your weaknesses and strengths?
Basic questions about past experience. Situations based questions. Why I want to work at TD and my goal in next 5 years. It was smooth. I got response from recruiter within a couple of days.
The process was super smooth, it was divided into different parts like behavioral , technical and previous experiences. Also we have to prepare for otl license exam, which company helps you in.
It needed preparation. They asked questions about client experience, how to handle difficult client. Why do you want to work for TD. What are your salary expectations? How would you commute to work and how far you live?
