Great Process! Mostly, Behavior Questions that focused on why you wanted to work at the company and reasons for wanting to pursue commercial banking. Make sure you know everything on your resume
It was mainly behavioral questions and asked personal questions why commercial banking as a career path. Another question was describe a time when you had over came a challenge and how you overcame it.

The process took about 4 weeks. A recruiter reached out to me through handshake and I applied on the company website. There was one initial phone interview followed by a superday interview which happened the following day. It consisted of three interviews back to back, 30 minutes each.
