Video call with the hiring manager (which in this case was also TA) for about an hour. I waited about a week for a response before following up, as I hadn't heard anything at that point. I decided to follow up and just never got any response after following up which was unfortunate, especially after being told I'd be told about the status of my candidacy a few days later. A bit disheartening for people who put in the time and effort to interview with you guys, especially since I had to do the interview during my work hours. It's been a few months and I never got any closure.
