Do not waste your time in this long process, which includes creating a pitch deck, unless you are willing to sign a longer-than-normal non-compete. They also verbally discuss an offer and fail to put everything they discuss in clear writing. Nice guys though!

It was a few rounds and had different personality tests associated with it for everyone to review and ask about during the interview process. Overall, it was a good process and enlightening for me.
