Screened through a temporary agency.Standard skills check. Talked with recruiter and answered pretty standard screening questions. After that spoke with Area Manager on phone and agreed to interview. At interview went to lunch and was taken to meet everyone who worked at facility. It seemed that the process was to just make sure that fit with the personalities working at the location. Very easy-going and friendly.

it was a very long and tedious waiting process but in the end the actual interview was oddly enough interesting and one of the best with the exception of time interview processess i have ever boon on.
