Freundliches Willkommen. Angebot von Kaffee und Wasser. Smalltalk zu Beginn. Ausgewogenes Interview von HR und Fachabteilung. Schaffung einer positiven Gesprächs Atmosphäre. Sehr detaillierte und respektvolle Dialoge. Zu Beginn lässt man sich den Lebenslauf des Bewerbers erläutern. Danach werden Fragen des Arbeitgebers gestellt. Anschließend wird die Möglichkeit für Fragen des Bewerbers ermöglicht.
Two fases. First with HR, second with senior management. First one was a general assessment of CV, languages etc. Second was more hands-on to the job description, a simulation of a real workday. I had a good experience in both phases, the recruiters handled it with courtesy and professionalism.

The interview process consisted of an introductory phone screen followed by an onsite panel interview to meet with the rest of the hiring team. The HR or Hiring Manager will follow up afterwards.

Pretty standard interview with 3 - 4 rounds. Met with regional manager, sales director, HR, and another account manager. Each was set up individually over the phone rather than a one time round table.
