Interview
Phone Interview was nice and comfortable, good interaction with the hiring manager and a very good outline of what the job is.
Panel interview with the Client and the hiring manager was calm and full of the normal interview questions.
Confidence with your answer are key in this company and they wanted to know you were going to be able to carry that over to real life situations

Interview
I was called to join the team from a former manager, so there was no interview. However, it's very easy to get hired if you are qualified. There really isn't an interview, especially if you have a history of working as an ambassador or if you were referred by a friend. They always need help!

It was a quick interview process. When I got hired they were more strict about appearances requirements. However, it is not as strict anymore as long as you look presentable and owns the basic setup for on and off premise events.
