Interview
I got an out-of-the-blue call from the hiring manager asking about my experience. It was in the middle of the workday and I really would have appreciated a heads up. It was very surprising. We had a fine conversation but I would have been way more prepared if the interview had been scheduled and i had my resume in front of me. Unfortunately, I didn't. I wasn't sure where I stood with the interviewer at the end of the conversation although i think it went fairly well. I reached out three times and never heard back. It seems to be a theme with this company if you read through the reviews. I find that incredibly rude. It would take 2 minutes to fire off a 'thanks but no thanks' email rather than leave someone hanging. Look elsewhere - I find that behavior so unprofessional.
