The interview process was very casual and informal. I came into the office and met with the hiring manager who was a great guy and very relaxed. He told me honestly about the pros and cons of the business and asked me a lot of very genuine questions about what I was looking for. It was a great experience overall.

A recruiter got in contact with me on LinkedIn and said my skill set aligns with an Account Executive position they currently have open. I sent my resume, and had a prompt phone call and was guided through the steps to getting hired. The recruiter asked what I expect to be paid and also told me that a sales experience exam would be sent to me to complete. They said it would only take 30-60 minutes. The exam is nearly 200 questions and each one is thought provoking. It took me much longer to finish it as I was focused on understanding each question and answering them to the best of my ability.
