Started off a few weeks before the interview as a phone screen, very nice and kind people. However, the interview day was a half day (which they said would possibly happen). When I got to the office, I spoke to the office manager for an hour, went well, and shadowed a recruiter for an hour, went well, and then the panel interview. The interview started off with just being drilled with questions that in anyway my response was, it was wrong to them. One of the interviewers also spoke about how poorly their job was and how they essentially hate their job. It seemed to be behavioral in the sense of testing my reactions to their questions. However, even though I haven't heard back from them, I won't accept any offer because of the way they poorly represented their company. Very sad because of the way they spoke about their company and values.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
