The phone conversation was straight to the point and welcoming. Then I was scheduled a 2nd interview. After, completing the 2nd phone interview I was scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview was pretty standard, not a typical interview STAR METHOD PROCESS. They really got in depth about your personal business. As far as how did you grow up, how was your childhood. Where did you attend elementary school? And so on. During the interview, you will meet with the Director of your department and the Account Manager. It’s like a panel interview but for the most part it is pretty laid back. The next step was the half day. Which is where you meet with several recruiters. A few are pleasant but 1 or 2 just went thru the motions as if they didn’t want to be apart of the interview process. After, the DOB pulls you in the office to ask about the job then after he told me I would here back within a following week which I received a generic EMAIL SAYING thanks but no thanks. A total waste of time and lack of disposition. No wonder the hire so much because the turnover rate is obviously high because they fail to discern which candidate to pick. No to mention the recruiters were cursing during the half day. Totally inconsiderate to have someone give references and do a half day just to deny them for the opportunity. If I were you, I would attend the interview but don’t let them trick you into getting in your business because they honestly have no remorse about what you’ve been thru it’s just bait to put you in a vulnerable position to open up.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
