Interview
It is pretty straight forward as it is a standard sales role. Nothing hard and most people should be successful with a little bit of enthusiasm and willingness to work hard in order to make money.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
