There was first a phone interview with the recruiter from out of state. That was easy and harmless. Then I was invited for a panel in-person interview at the location I applied for. The in-person interview took over an hour and a half and was mostly all personal questions that had nothing to do with my career or the position in which I applied for. They asked me why my PARENTS still live in the city they live in and why I chose the college I chose. The question wasn't the problem, the problem was that they made me feel like I needed to go to school out of state. They also asked me what other companies I had interviews with and why I didn't get the job... automatically assuming I didn't "get the job" first asking why I didn't continue with employment. Unless you have years of past experience in that exact career field, don't waste your time. Even if you have a college degree. Also they took over a week to contact me regarding any job offer or lack thereof.
