Interview
The Interview process was smooth, well coordinated and very well structured. It wasn't pressurizing in any way and was much more of a smooth conversation than just a interview. The interviewer totally abided to the organizations culture of respecting and prioritizing the candidates.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
