2 phone interview leading to 2 face to face interviews. The last interview was 6 hours, 45 minutes with 6 different Account Executives, then the last hour with the Director of Operations. They took way too long to get back with me.

Explain to me something that happened in your personal life that was really hard to deal with, and how did you handle it?
Why do you want to be successful?
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
