Interview
Easy process when compared from Client side. Initially they will look when the candidate is capable to face the Client's round of interview process. Overall process is simple, but they have lot of restriction on the salary part. Initially before joining they give calls n number of times. Once you are on board at client's side they forget about the employee.
The interviewer was very unprepared and made personal questions about my childhood. It was hard to understand what she meant and she took my answer to a wrong side most of the times

Interview
They asked weird interview questions. They asked you to tell them your personal family background, and how you grew up, like what do your parents do kinda stuff, which is very unprofessional. I felt super uncomfortable sharing those to strangers at our first meeting,
The interviews were lengthy and most of the interviewers were nice and seemed to like me, the last interview was a woman who for no real reason, rejected my answers, claiming I don't really want this job (I did). Got rejected based on this. Length (4 interviews) and rejected for no real reason.
