Applied online through LinkedIn. A recruiter reached out the next day and scheduled a phone interview for that night. Interview was about 25-30 minutes. The recruiter was very straight forward... question after question, and wasn't very friendly. I thought the questions were bizarre, and too personal. No follow up after that.

They asked me what my parents did for a living? Isn't that ILLEGAL form an HR standpoint?! A lot of questions that I didn't see the point in...
