I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Albuquerque, NM) in Apr 2023
Interview
I applied for a TekSystems job through a third-party site. A recruiter contacted me within 24 hours of my application and sent me more information about the position. Once I confirmed that I was interested, I was given a tech assessment, which I passed, and then the recruiter gave me prep for an interview with the company. I interviewed for the position on a Monday or Tuesday, and by the end of the week, I was extended an offer. I only interviewed with one person, although I was told that usually it would be a couple rounds of interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In what capacity have you used Python? Do you have experience using Python libraries?
I applied online. I interviewed at TEKsystems in Oct 2024
Interview
Recruiter called without doing due diligence prior.
He said, "it shows on your resume that you dont have any healthcare experience", in my mind "why bother calling if you think I wasn't fit for the position even though I am well familiar with the tools?"
He later asked me my salary expectations, and said "Ooh that's too high for someone who only has 3 years of experience." I am like in my mind, "then why ask". Didn't even counter my expectations with a finite range.
Advice to the recruiters, please only call those applicants who you think are the best fit. Most importantly, NEVER "experience-shame" someone.
I interviewed at TEKsystems (Raleigh, NC) in Sep 2024
Interview
Very straightforward and positive. Clear about the role and what was expected. Quick and email responses on scheduling later interview rounds. Also asked for references. Only downside is they are interviewing for jobs 6 weeks out.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Hyderābād) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process went smoothly, consisting of 5 to 6 elimination rounds: aptitude test, group discussion, coding, technical interview 1, technical interview 2, and an HR round. The coding round was particularly challenging, requiring strong problem-solving skills.
