Interview
Was scheduled to interview for the second time with the recruiter and hiring manager. Turns out the recruiter booked in the interview on a bank holiday (which I had noted, but presumed they knew). Sat in the Teams calls for 5 minutes with no-one turning up, emailing to ask if everyone’s okay. I then get an email telling me the interview in cancelled and that they would “connect during the week” to reschedule. When I emailed two days later, no response. Safe to say that after an approx. month, I am no longer expecting a reply and would also not wish to interview, if given the opportunity to. Such an unprofessional approach!

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
