Nearly 200 pages of training materials, videos then a three part exam, which includes 11+ hours of ads rating for NO PAY. You've passed 2 out of 3 then suddenly you get "sorry you failed thank you for your time, you must delete everything immediately" and they threateningly remind you of a NDA you signed before doing all this work. "Failing" makes you ineligible for the "bonus" to cover your time thus far. Miraculously you're asked to retest, "Congrats! You can try again". At that point you would need to commit another 5 hours of free rating work not knowing why you "failed" the exam, with no feedback given. Disgusting, deceptive hiring practices; conning people into thinking they are getting jobs only to get hours of free work out of thousands of people.
