I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TELUS Digital (Sofia, Sofia (city)) in Mar 2021
Interview
It started with a phone interview where they asked me some basic questions about my experience and qualifications. Then, they had me take a few tests on the specific language I applied to work with, as well as writing an essay. After that, I had to take a personality test, which I guess was to see if I was a good fit for the company culture. Finally, I had another interview where we talked more specifically about the job and what the expectations were.

Question 1
So during the phone interview, they asked me about my language skills I applied to work with. They also asked me why I was interested in the job and if I was familiar with the content of the job. Additionally, they asked if I knew anyone working at the company, which I thought was interesting. Overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
Easy. A pre-assessment and a round with HR where you are asked HR questions like what animal you'd like to be and other HR irrelevant questions to the position in question.
The interviewer was nice, and they explained things well. They show that they care, and they listen to your questions and answer them promptly. They speak at an even pace as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at TELUS Digital (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was asked to schedule a fifteen minute Google Meets call with a recruiter to discuss the role and company, but the recruiter never showed up for the call. I left after ten minutes of waiting.
