Interview
First they send an English test (which is very difficult), after completing the test they areange an interview with a team leader, after they send the offer. Test was too difficult in my opinion but other stages were good.

What was the last problem you experienced and how you solved it?
Easy. A pre-assessment and a round with HR where you are asked HR questions like what animal you'd like to be and other HR irrelevant questions to the position in question.
The interviewer was nice, and they explained things well. They show that they care, and they listen to your questions and answer them promptly. They speak at an even pace as well.

Interview
I was asked to schedule a fifteen minute Google Meets call with a recruiter to discuss the role and company, but the recruiter never showed up for the call. I left after ten minutes of waiting.
