There is not a formal interview only a qualification exam where you must study a guide for how to complete different tasks (I was assigned the map analyst task) it was about 250 pages and you had several days of complete a finite number of tasks. When the exam is completed succesfully your are hired after 1-2 working days. Before the exam you complete a questionnaire about why you are interested in the position.
