They’ve send me a test that i had to complete in an hour. It started with a few grammatical exercises in russian. After that i had writing, listening and a grammar test in English
Interview process took about a week. Classic interview questions, very friendly and laid back atmosphere throughout. I believe there was an initial interview that was much shorter before a longer interview process afterwards.
